Clovis Healthcare and Rehab is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) with a wound care focus to join our team as a Wound Care Coordinator. In this role, you will lead and integrate a comprehensive Skin Health and Wound management program, ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare and compassionate patient-centered care. Position Highlights

• Lead the development and implementation of a Skin Health and Wound management program in collaboration with nursing center management.
• Act as the clinical expert for skin, wound, and incontinence products within the organization.
• Oversee and manage durable medical equipment related to wound prevention and management.

Requirements

• Active RN license.
• National accredited wound certification or commitment to complete within one year of hire.
• Experience in clinical charting, incident reporting, and investigation response.
• Strong knowledge of nursing home regulations, wound guidelines, and products.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Database Management, and PowerPoint.
