1st Shift Warehouse Entry Level

Job Description

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as 1st Shift Warehouse Associates at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and cooperating with team members and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and cooperate with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and budget goals.
• Inspect product quality and follow safety guidelines.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to collaborate, adapt, and drive for success.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Capability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
