Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient selection, relocation, and loading of merchandise for timely store deliveries. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
