Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional customer shopping experience. You will collaborate with the Aldi team, demonstrate the company's core competencies, and deliver top-notch customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform cashier duties and stock shelves.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Follow inventory procedures and report issues to management.
• Adhere to company policies, including cash handling and security measures.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Customer service and cash handling experience is a plus.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
