Job Description

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a 1st Shift Warehouse Entry Level employee at Aldi. In this part-time role, you will play a key part in our warehouse operations, ensuring that products are received, selected, and delivered efficiently to our stores. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
