Position: 1st Shift Warehouse Worker

Join our team at Aldi as a 1st Shift Warehouse Worker, where you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week and a starting wage of $23.75 per hour. As a warehouse worker, you will relocate merchandise, load shipments, maintain warehouse cleanliness, and collaborate effectively with peers and leadership.

Job Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and sort merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively within the team.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and achieve budget goals.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to collaborate, adapt positively, and drive for success.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physical environments.
