We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Intern who is a current college student to join our team at Aldi. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable real-world experience in warehouse operations and learn from industry professionals. Successful completion of the program may lead to a full-time position post-graduation.

Responsibilities

• Acquire knowledge and understanding of warehouse operations.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff and leadership.
• Assist with administrative tasks and training activities.
• Improve warehouse efficiency and performance.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on warehouse operations.
• Participate in inventory control tasks and problem-solving activities.

Qualifications

• Current pursuit of a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under deadlines.
• Demonstrated initiative, work ethic, and attention to detail.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in varying temperatures and lift up to 45 pounds.
• Continuous standing and physical agility required.
