Job Description

We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Intern to join our team at Aldi. This internship offers a hands-on experience in warehouse operations, providing valuable insights into what makes us America's fastest-growing grocery retailer. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to learn from industry experts, collaborate with warehouse staff, and gain a deep understanding of our business processes.

Responsibilities

• Acquire knowledge from training leaders to understand the importance of leading by building a culture of excellence.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to learn warehouse operations.
• Assist with training, administrative tasks, and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Prepare and present reports on warehouse operations to Aldi executives.
• Participate in company/team trainings and meetings.

Requirements

• Current pursuit of Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
• Strong work ethic, initiative, and ability to prioritize tasks under deadlines.
• Physically able to work in varying temperatures, lift objects up to 45 pounds, and stand for extended periods.
