We are seeking a VP, Late Development Team Lead with a strong background in the biopharmaceutical industry to join our team at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. As the Late Development Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in shaping the late product lifecycle of our cutting-edge therapies in oncology. You will lead the Late Development Team in crafting and executing a global product strategy that integrates scientific, clinical, regulatory, and commercial inputs to bring life-changing medicines to patients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional Late Development Teams through all stages from proof of concept to approval.
• Develop and execute global product strategies that optimize value for patients.
• Collaborate with key functional areas to ensure successful product development.
• Mentor team members, provide strategic guidance, and ensure team effectiveness.
• Manage project budget, timelines, and resources in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Contribute to disease area assessments and cross-molecule initiatives.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of global drug development experience, preferably in oncology.
• Demonstrated leadership in late-stage drug development projects.
• Experience in managing collaborations and regulatory submissions.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in complex environments.
• Excellent communication and cross-cultural collaboration abilities.
• Advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD) required.
