Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Universal Banker to join Fresno First Bank. As a Universal Banker, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional banking services and support to our valued customers. This position involves a variety of responsibilities, including processing transactions, assisting customers with their banking needs, and promoting the bank's products and services.
Responsibilities
- Support branch operations, including new accounts, teller, safe deposit, and lending activities.
- Assist customers in selecting accounts and financial services, utilizing professional sales techniques for cross-selling opportunities.
- Process various banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and online services.
- Provide superior customer service, resolve issues, and maintain good customer relations.
- Adhere to bank policies, procedures, and compliance regulations at all times.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2-3 years of cash handling and customer service experience, preferably in a banking environment.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently.
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation with appropriate insurance coverage.
Compensation
$24-$28 per hour
