Job Description
We are seeking a Universal Banker to join our team at International State Bank of Raton. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately completing financial transactions for customers, opening accounts, handling teller transactions, and recommending financial solutions based on customer needs. This role involves building customer relationships, meeting sales goals, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with day-to-day customer service requests and complex issues.
- Perform transfers, loan payments, and wire transactions.
- Open new consumer and business accounts.
- Cross-sell banking products and services to customers.
- Meet/exceed sales and referral goals.
- Maintain knowledge of bank regulations and procedures.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- 1+ years experience in sales, teller, new accounts, or loan processing.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly wage: $16.00 - $18.00.
