Trust Administration Officer

Job Description

We are looking for a Trust Administration Officer to join our team at FineMark National Bank. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and administering the Bank's trust relationships, focusing on fiduciary risk management, relationship growth, and exceeding client expectations. You will work closely with experienced trust administrators and the Chief Fiduciary Officer to ensure efficient trust account administration and client communication.

Responsibilities

• Administer trust accounts according to governing instruments and regulations.
• Monitor account retention and provide proactive client communication.
• Participate in financial planning processes and review trust account performance.
• Facilitate new account setup and process discretionary distributions.
• Support relationship development and new business efforts.
• Stay updated on regulatory, fiduciary law, tax law, and economic trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with at least 7 years of experience in trust administration.
• Preferably a Juris Doctor degree.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, written, and oral communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
