Travel Nurse RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit - $2,212 per week

Job Description

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing is seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN to join as part of the Intensive Care Unit team for a travel nursing job in South Charleston, West Virginia. This position requires a quick start with a duration of 13 weeks, working 36 hours per week in day shifts. The facility is a Short Term Acute Care Hospital with 176 beds, utilizing the MEDITECH charting system.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and collaborate with physicians and health team members.
• Provide and coordinate patient care.
• Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes.
• Administer medication as ordered and document appropriately.
• Maintain cleanliness of rooms and adequate supply stock.
• Perform patient transportation when required.
• Additional assigned duties as needed.

Requirements

• One to three years of RN experience preferred.
• Valid ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications may be necessary.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
• Physical abilities to handle equipment and assist with procedures.
