Technician, Field Svc IV

Job Description

Canon Solutions America, Inc. is looking for a dedicated Technician, Field Svc IV to join their team in Philadelphia, PA. As a Field Service Technician IV, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing mechanical, software, network, and system failures of Canon-supported products. You will also provide expert-level technical support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair technical issues according to established procedures.
• Prepare reports on product failure trends with accurate documentation.
• Provide efficient on-site maintenance to meet customer demands.
• Maintain technical information, reports, and Canon property assigned.
• Offer solutions to escalated technical and customer service-related problems.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of related experience or Associate's degree in electronics preferred.
• Experience as a field technician with a track record of meeting performance standards.
• Ability to travel, valid driver's license, and acceptable driving record.
• Available for shift work and on-call rotations in a 24/7 environment.
• Capable of lifting 50 pounds and being active more than 50% of the time.
