As a Field Service Technician III, you will diagnose and repair mechanical, software, network, and system failures, maintain technical information and Canon property, and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, software, network, and system failures according to established procedures.
- Report product failure trends and serviceability issues to managers.
- Maintain technical information, Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, and Canon property.
- Assist with escalated technical and customer service-related problem areas.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of related experience or an Associate's degree in electronics or electrical engineering.
- Experience working as a field technician.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Ability to work in a 24/7 environment and perform shift work and on-call rotations.
- Capacity to lift 50 pounds and be active more than 50% of the time.
