Job Description

In this role, you will utilize your technical expertise to diagnose and resolve mechanical, software, network, and system issues following established procedures. Your responsibilities will include servicing and repairing designated equipment to Canon standards, maintaining knowledge of multiple product groups, and providing exceptional on-site maintenance to meet customer demands.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve basic mechanical, software, network, and system failures.
- Service and repair equipment to Canon standards.
- Maintain knowledge of multiple product groups for troubleshooting.
- Exceed customer expectations with efficient on-site maintenance.
- Maintain technical information and reports accurately.
- Provide guidance to less experienced technicians.
- Solve escalated technical and customer service-related issues.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent with 1-2 years of related experience.
- Understanding of internet environments and the ability to complete required training.
- Capability to travel and work in a 24/7 environment with shift rotations.
- Ability to obtain necessary clearances for customer premises access.
- Physically able to lift 50 pounds and be active onsite.
