Job Description

Canon Solutions America, Inc. is looking for a dedicated Technician, Field Svc II to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing operational and maintenance support, and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and fix basic mechanical, software, network, and system failures following established procedures.
• Service and repair designated equipment to Canon standards.
• Maintain knowledge of multiple product groups and troubleshooting techniques.
• Exceed customer demands with efficient and accurate maintenance services.
• Maintain technical information, reports, and Canon property.
• Provide solutions for escalated technical and customer service-related issues.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED with 1-2 years of related experience.
• Basic understanding of internet environments.
• Ability to travel and hold a valid driver's license.
• Capacity to lift 50 pounds and remain active during work hours.
