Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair basic mechanical, software, and network issues.
• Maintain multiple product knowledge.
• Deliver efficient on-site maintenance to meet customer demands.
• Maintain technical information and provide guidance to junior technicians.
• Solve escalated technical and customer service problems.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or equivalent with 1-2 years of related experience.
• Basic internet environment understanding.
• Ability to travel with a valid driver's license.
• Physical capability to lift 50 pounds and be active more than 50% of the time.
