Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair designated equipment to Canon standards.
- Maintain working knowledge of multiple product groups.
- Exceed customer demands by providing efficient maintenance solutions.
- Provide guidance to less experienced technicians.
- Resolve escalated technical and customer service-related issues.
Requirements
- HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Basic understanding of internet environments.
- Ability to travel and work in a 24/7 environment.
- Capability to lift 50 pounds and be active more than 50% of the time.
