Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Technician, Field Service II to join our team at Canon Solutions America, Inc. Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair basic mechanical, software, network, and system failures.
- Maintain knowledge of multiple product groups and provide efficient maintenance services.
- Ensure compliance with customer policies and protocols, including COVID-19 measures.
- Travel to customer premises, work in a 24/7 environment, and participate in shift work and on-call rotations.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent with 1-2 years of related experience.
- Basic understanding of internet environments and technical training completion.
- Valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 pounds, and be physically active.
- Ability to obtain necessary security clearances.
