We are looking for a dedicated Field Service Technician to join our team at Canon Solutions America, Inc. As a Field Service Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining and servicing Canon products to ensure exceptional customer experiences and operational efficiency. Responsibilities
- Report product failure trends and serviceability issues to the manager with necessary documentation.
- Provide efficient and responsive maintenance for Canon-supported products.
- Maintain technical information, service reports, and Canon property.
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Keep assigned machines performing at optimal levels.
- Contribute to achieving branch/district performance targets.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent experience.
- Basic understanding of internet environments.
- Ability to travel with a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and be active more than 50% of the time.
- Willingness to comply with customer policies, which may include COVID-19 measures.
Salary
Anticipated base salary: $17.20 - $25.55 per hour.
