Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Field Service Technician to join Canon Solutions America, Inc. If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have a knack for fixing technical issues, this role is perfect for you. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing Canon products to ensure optimal performance for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Report product failure trends and serviceability issues to the manager with supported documentation.
- Provide efficient and responsive on-site maintenance for customer demands.
- Maintain technical information, service reports, and Canon property.
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent experience required.
- Basic understanding of internet environments.
- Ability to travel and possess a valid driver's license.
- Capable of working in a 24/7 environment with on-call rotations.
- Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and be active most of the time.
