Job Description
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join our team at Whole Foods Market. As a Team Member in our storewide departments, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring product quality and freshness, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
Roles Available
Positions include opportunities in various departments such as Bakery, Customer Service, Grocery, Meat, Prepared Foods, Produce, Seafood, Specialty, and Whole Body. We are immediately hiring for roles in the Meat and Seafood departments.
Responsibilities
- Work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Follow department procedures for product preparation, stocking, and rotation.
- Provide excellent customer service and suggestive selling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas.
- Comply with safety and quality standards.
- Assist with inventory checks and pricing accuracy.
- Report safety hazards and violations promptly.
- Other duties as assigned by leadership.
Requirements
- No prior retail experience required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for 6-8 hours.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities.
- Passion for natural foods and quality products.
- Work ethic and sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
