Job Description
As a Team Leader at Store 7171 within Jack in the Box, you will play a crucial role in leading and training team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences. This includes ensuring top-notch food quality, meeting guest expectations, and maintaining compliance with company standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Candidates should have 6 months of JIB experience or 1 year of supervisory experience in restaurant or retail customer service environments.
- Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Must be at least 18 years old, complete Team Leader training classes, and, in some states, be ServSafe certified. Strong communication skills in English and potentially other languages, basic math proficiency, interpersonal skills, analytical and organizational abilities are essential.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the shift, lift and carry moderate weights, operate equipment like cash registers, and serve guests effectively.
