Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader to join Store 7171 at Jack in the Box. As the first-line operational supervisor, you will play a crucial role in training and leading team members to consistently deliver an exceptional guest experience. This includes ensuring high-quality food, meeting 20/20 guest expectations, and maintaining compliance with all JIB procedures and standards.

Responsibilities

  • Train and lead team members to deliver excellent guest experiences.
  • Ensure food quality and adherence to company standards.
  • Execute on 20/20 guest expectations.
  • Comply with all JIB procedures and systems.

Qualifications

  • 6 months of JIB experience and 100% certification in all workstations, or 1 year of supervisory experience in restaurant or retail customer service.
  • Effective communication skills in English; additional language skills may be required based on location.
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
  • Ability to stand and walk, lift and carry weights, and operate a cash register.
