Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader to join Store 7171 at Jack in the Box. As the first-line operational supervisor, you will play a crucial role in training and leading team members to consistently deliver an exceptional guest experience. This includes ensuring high-quality food, meeting 20/20 guest expectations, and maintaining compliance with all JIB procedures and standards.
Responsibilities
- Train and lead team members to deliver excellent guest experiences.
- Ensure food quality and adherence to company standards.
- Execute on 20/20 guest expectations.
- Comply with all JIB procedures and systems.
Qualifications
- 6 months of JIB experience and 100% certification in all workstations, or 1 year of supervisory experience in restaurant or retail customer service.
- Effective communication skills in English; additional language skills may be required based on location.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
- Ability to stand and walk, lift and carry weights, and operate a cash register.
