Job Description
As a Team Leader at Store 7139, you will be the first-line operational supervisor responsible for training and leading team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience. This includes ensuring high-quality food, meeting guest expectations, and maintaining compliance with JIB standards.
Qualifications
- 6 months of JIB experience with 100% certification in all workstations, or 1 year of supervisory experience in restaurant or retail customer service.
- Must be at least 18 years old, complete Team Leader training classes, and may need ServSafe certification in certain states.
- Effective communication skills in English, possibly in another language depending on restaurant location.
- Basic math proficiency and computer knowledge.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift 15-25 lbs, operate a cash register, and interact with guests throughout the shift.
