Job Description

As a Team Leader at Store 3087 with Jack in the Box, you will play a vital role in ensuring an outstanding guest experience by training and leading team members. Your responsibilities include maintaining food quality standards, meeting guest expectations, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Candidates must have 6 months of JIB experience and be fully certified in all workstations, or have 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail customer service setting.
  • Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Must be at least 18 years old, complete Team Leader training classes, and in some states, obtain ServSafe certification. Strong communication skills, basic math proficiency, ability to work well with diverse groups, analytical and organizational capabilities are required. Basic computer knowledge is essential.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift, move freely within the restaurant, lift up to 25 lbs, take orders, operate a cash register, and read monitors.
