Responsibilities

• Demonstrate mastery of instrument tracking software program.
• Act as a point of contact for Physicians, Operating Room, and Sterile Processing Department to address concerns during surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance instrument sets and identify process improvements.
• Ensure sufficient pre-cleaning, decontamination, and sterilization supplies in Operating Rooms.
• Manage sterile storage par levels and communicate needs effectively.
• Participate in training activities for new hires.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as a Sterile Processing Tech or Surgical Tech.
• Hold CRCST, CSPDT, or CST certification.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
