Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store is well-organized, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers. Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Enhance customer shopping experience through exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization by stocking shelves and performing general cleaning duties.
• Ensure proper cash handling and adherence to company policies.
• Participate in inventory management and monitoring for accuracy.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
