Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases.
• Maintain cleanliness by stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
• Ensure exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with their needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and safely.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
