Job Description

Join our team as a Store Team Member at ALDI! In this role, you will merchandise and stock products, operate the cash register, and maintain a clean store environment. Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist customers during their shopping journey
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational improvements
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain cash handling procedures
• Adhere to company policies and ensure confidentiality and security of information

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficient in operating a cash register and various store equipment
• Ability to work independently or in a team setting
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
