Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI store. As a crucial part of our team, you will be responsible for various tasks such as merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Inventory monitoring, adherence to cash policies, and compliance with company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in customer service and operating a cash register.
• Ability to follow company policies, handle equipment, and maintain cleanliness.
• Excellent communication skills, organization, and multitasking abilities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in retail is advantageous.
