Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our store's operations and providing exceptional customer service. From merchandising to cashiering and cleaning, you will contribute to creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays with care and attention to detail.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate openly with management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and overall store performance.
• Adhere to company policies and ensure security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and cash handling abilities.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow company policies with attention to detail.
• Work well in a team environment and independently.
• Stay organized, multitask, and communicate effectively.
• Meet state and local requirements for alcohol handling.
