Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of our store to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and competencies in your daily tasks
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays
• Deliver outstanding customer service and support fellow team members
• Provide feedback to improve product quality and customer experience
• Assist in inventory management and ensure accuracy
• Follow cash handling policies to uphold security standards
• Adhere to company policies and procedures diligently
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow company guidelines
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
