Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, responsibilities include product merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to enhance the customer shopping experience. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Perform customer purchases, general cleaning, and stocking.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Conduct store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operations.
• Able to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
