Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a valuable part of the team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a well-organized store, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately while following company procedures.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness to uphold ALDI standards.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
• Participate in inventory counts and assist in monitoring inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and multitask effectively.
• Meet all state and local requirements related to alcohol sales if applicable.
