Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Assist customers with purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management
• Participate in inventory activities and adhere to cash handling procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Operate a cash register and equipment efficiently
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
