Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the team, you will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with the team, and provide feedback to management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate a cash register efficiently and handle equipment safely
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
• Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge
