Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join ALDI and contribute to maintaining a welcoming and organized store environment. In this role, you will handle various tasks such as merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and efficient store layout to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain clean and organized merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate feedback to management.
• Conduct inventory checks, adhere to cash management procedures, and uphold company policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to offer courteous and efficient customer service.
• Experience with operating cash registers and retail equipment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
