Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks such as merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Performing general cleaning duties and stocking shelves.
• Providing exceptional customer service and assisting shoppers.
• Collaborating with team members and store management.
• Monitoring inventory accuracy and participating in store counts.
• Following cash handling procedures and company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service-oriented and detail-oriented.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
