Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As part of the team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking product, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week, starting at $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating effectively with team members.
• Provide feedback to management on product issues, inventory, and operational matters.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register, handle equipment safely, and follow company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• High school diploma preferred with prior retail experience desirable.
