Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our Aldi family. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store operates smoothly and provides an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Collaboration with the ALDI team and delivering outstanding customer service are key aspects of this position.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize shelves
• Assist customers, work collaboratively with team members, and provide feedback to management
• Conduct store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies and procedures diligently

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
