Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store is well-organized and our customers receive exceptional service. This position is Full-Time, with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $18.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products on shelves.
• Operate the cash register and provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with the team and communicate effectively with management.
• Assist in inventory management and maintain store cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate equipment and follow company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
