Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join ALDI. As a team member, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the store's overall efficiency and success.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers and maintaining a tidy store environment.
• Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and process customer purchases efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to company policies, ensure inventory accuracy, and follow cash handling procedures.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide feedback on products and store performance.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior work experience in retail preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
