Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. Your collaborative attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Job Type

Full-Time, 32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage

$17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies

Physical Demands

• Stocking and organizing merchandise, including lifting up to 45 pounds
• Ability to perform various physical tasks around the store

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18
• Customer service and cash handling skills
• Operational knowledge of store equipment
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Retail experience preferred
