Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store appearance.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
