Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays effectively.
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy in stock monitoring.
• Adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies for security.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Capable of meeting physical demands and following company policies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Previous retail experience preferred.

Educational Requirement

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
