Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional service and teamwork. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to uphold our high standards.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the ALDI team to provide outstanding customer service.
• Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute to inventory management and store cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and maintain equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
