Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining a clean and organized store, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with our team to ensure an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Deliver top-notch customer service and assist customers during their shopping.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute to inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
