Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and ensure accurate processing of customer purchases.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store by stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to be employed at ALDI.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
